Affordable housing
Recognizing the critical need for affordable housing in Nigeria, Micmakin joined the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) in 2022 and received approval to participate in a program focused on building affordable homes. We are currently developing a community of 600 housing units, designed to provide not just homes but a complete living experience, with essential amenities like a medical center.
